Toy visits the ducks

One of the great things about holidays is meeting new and exciting acquaintances - and maybe even making new friends. Toy is always up for that kind of adventure, even when it involves sharing lunch with two unconventional friends.

Our little Toy Poodle loves meeting new playmates, and although the ducks may be a little different to eat with, it suits Toy's loving and curious mind. The scene is set in a cosy garden in Vendsyssel, where Toy enjoys his lunch in the company of two very tame pet ducks.

As a tourist dog, Toy travels far and wide in Vendsyssel, but it's often the small, funny everyday stories that bring the biggest smiles. In a region filled with fascinating nature, beautiful towns and exciting sights, Toy always finds new ways to explore life. This time with his feathered friends.

You can watch the short video where Toy and the ducks peacefully share a cosy moment. Who would you like to enjoy lunch with on your holiday?

About Toy

Toy, is a true Vendelbo. She comes from a kennel in the north-west corner of Vendsyssel, and like the two-legged Vendelbo, she is full of the warmth and charm that North Jutland is known for.

Toy lives in the southern part of Vendsyssel, but she explores the whole region with her family. Her two-legged father is the director of tourism in Skagen and Vendsyssel, which means Toy often joins her on adventures to the best places the region has to offer - from scenic hikes to dog-friendly hotels, campsites and holiday homes in North Jutland.

Toy's connection to Vendsyssel goes way back in time. She comes from the same kennel where her owner's great-grandfather got his poodles. The great-grandfather, who lived all his life in Lønstrup, found his canine happiness in the kennel that still exists today and where Toy spent her first weeks. This shared history ties Toy and her family closely to Vendsyssel, and it's no surprise that they share a deep love for the area.
