The former village centre with its old houses and small church between the stone walls is always worth a visit.

To get to Hirsholmene, you need to take the small boat 'Seadog'. You can find Seadog at Pier 5 at Frederikshavn Harbour. The tours to the island are supported by the Danish Nature Agency.

It is necessary to book a ticket for the crossing - you can do this at www.seadog.dkwhere you can also see the days and times of sailing.

The trip to Hirsholmene takes approximately 45 minutes and there is room for a maximum of 12 people in the boat.
